The hotel offers a great location near popular attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. my room had cleanliness issues with stained carpets and a flaking bathroom ceiling. While the bar served enjoyable cocktails, the breakfast selection was lacking. This place could work for families looking for a central spot but requires significant improvements to meet its star ratings.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel for a weekend and loved the cozy vibe, along with enjoying the fantastic rooftop bar and the relaxing sauna. The atmosphere was really inviting, making it easy to unwind after a long day, though the shower had a bit of a tricky design. Pro tip, make sure to explore the nearby cafes for a delicious breakfast! ☕

Had a great stay with some fantastic food at the restaurant and a beautiful pool, despite it being oddly timed. The room was also very cozy and lovely!

Great location but not worth the price
The location was killer, loads of bars and shops nearby! But the AC was totally broken, and the curtains looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Tried to get help from the front desk, but they weren't helpful at all. Breakfast was pretty basic too. The rooftop bar had a weird vibe, didn’t feel welcome there. Nice lobby though!

Recommend for resting at all
Spacious room, convenient location, with a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV that provided a good night's sleep, making it easy to navigate to local attractions within a short walk from Oxford Circus.
Everything was first-rate.

great location but limited amenities
The bed in the Deluxe King Room was large and provided a good night's sleep. The size of the room was quite spacious compared to typical London standards, offering a nice retreat after a long day.
The amenities were not as extensive as I had hoped.

The rooftop bar offers a vibrant atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Unique historical features add a touch of charm, with decor that tells stories of the building's past, enhancing the experience.
Checked into a room that felt more like a throwback than a 5-star experience. the furniture and overall decor are drastically in need of a facelift. Despite having an abundance of mirrors, there weren't enough outlets near them, making it awkward to get ready. The noise from the outside was unbearable, kept me up with trucks unloading and rowdy folks. The hot water decided to take a day off on Sunday morning, forcing me into a cold shower just to make checkout. the place could really use a deep clean. spotting mold and stained towels isn't the luxurious experience advertised.

Comfortable stay with great staff. air conditioning wasn't effective during the night.

The upgraded superior room was spacious but lacked basic amenities. the TV didn’t work and there were no available plugs. While the location is extremely convenient, particularly for exploring Soho, I encountered issues like a malfunctioning shower and tepid water. Breakfast was disappointing overall, but the cakes served were a highlight.

Unique, Unique, Unique
I loved exploring the hotel’s original courthouse features, especially the old prison cells converted into the bar area! It was such a treat lounging at the rooftop bar — the vibe was electric with amazing cocktails. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was perfection, setting a delightful tone for the day.

The Courthouse bar was a vibe, serving up cheeky cocktails and snacks, while the rooftop bar had all the potential for a good time. Don’t miss out on nearby eateries like Ping Pong Soho for dim sum heaven or Burgeri for a proper burger fix—just around the corner and a treat for your taste buds!
But mate, the spa experience was a bit grim, more like a dodgy basement than a retreat. And don't even get me started on the pap facilities—the pool was freezing and the sauna was a no-show!

Clean room, comfortable bed, with convenient access to public transport, just 200 meters from Oxford Circus and a seasonal indoor pool for relaxation.
